Hello Parents and Guardians!!
I would like to take this moment to share with you a little bit about myself. My name is Ms. Murray and this will be my third year teaching but my first year here at Woodland Park Academy. I have worked with kids for as long as I can remember and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint where I triple minored in Language Arts, Integrated Science and ZA (Early Childhood Development). I am a HUGE Michigan Football fan. Go Blue!! :) I did my pre-student teaching at Central Elementary in Davison for 2nd grade and my student teaching for Hamady at McMonagle Elementary in 2nd grade.
I love spending time with my family, my mom, dad, two brothers, sister-in-law, my niece and two nephews. I have a cat named Aslan, who thinks he rules the house. I just love him! :)
I believe open communication is ideal in reaching the goals to help better our children’s futures. I feel so privileged to be your 2nd grade teacher at Woodland Park Academy this year. I am looking forward to a great year of learning and fun!!
